Handon's Demi Glace is an all-time favorite. With this beef stock you can conjure up all kinds of delicious sauces, but also hearty beef broths. The stock is made in the traditional French way with fresh vegetables and beef bones by carefully boiling it down. Use approximately 1/2 tbsp per cup of boiling water.
