Handon's Fumet de Crustaces Shellfish Stock

Made from lobster, crab and Dublin Bay shrimp and refined with French cognac, you can create all sorts of fine and substantial fish dishes with this stock. Use approximately 1/2 tbsp per cup of boiling water.
