Spicy Anchovy Breadcrumbs


3 anchovy filets minced 

2 tablespoons salted butter

3 garlic clove, minced

3 Calabrian chilies finely chopped 

2 cup breadcrumbs 


  1. Finely chop anchovy fillets.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add butter and cook until it begins to sizzle; Add minced anchovy fillet to pan; cook for 1 minute. Add minced garlic clove, and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in breadcrumbs and chilies and cook for 3 minutes or until toasted, stir constantly, bread crumbs can go from toasted to burned quickly.
