Shipping Information

For a limited time, we are offering free shipping for orders $75 and over, and $10 flat rate shipping on orders up to $75.
*surcharges may apply to shipments of wine or heavyweight orders (over 20lbs)


We do our best to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is picked up by the shipping carrier. Please note that in some cases, it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update and show movement. If you have any questions about your order, please contact our friendly team via email or by phone at 402-502-2203 and we’ll be glad to help.

International Delivery

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the continental United States at this time.

PO Boxes

Unfortunately, we unable to ship orders to PO Boxes.


Because of variable transit times, we do not generally ship perishable items. We can pack your perishable order in insulated packaging with ice packs, but we would require UPS Next Day Air shipping in order to ensure the product arrives in good condition. If you would like to make arrangements for this, just call 402-502-2203 or email and we would be happy to help.

Wine Shipments

We are able to ship wine to the following states: CA, CT, FL, ID, LA, NE, NV, NH, NM, ND, OR, VA, WV, WY, and Washington DC.

We do not currently offer expedited shipping for any orders that include wine. Please note that if you have ordered any food or dry goods on the same order those items will ship separately, you will receive separate tracking notifications for each shipment.

Wine Shipping FAQ

Do I need to be home to accept delivery?

A signature from someone 21 or older is required for all wine deliveries. Please make sure to have an ID available to accept delivery. Delivery drivers are not able to accept signed notes in place of an individual signing for shipment. If possible, please have your order shipped to a staffed business address for timely delivery.

I missed my delivery, what happens next?

The carrier will attempt 3 deliveries to the address noted when the order was placed, after 3 delivery attempts your shipment will be returned to our warehouse.

If an order is returned to our warehouse due to the carrier being unable to deliver the package to your address we can redeliver the order for the same shipping cost of the original shipment, please contact us to arrange the reshipment. If you choose not to have the order reshipped we will refund the cost of the product to the original form of payment, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Can I ship to a PO box?

Due to the federal law requiring signature upon delivery we are not able to deliver to PO boxes.

Can I return wine for a refund?

All sales of wine are final. If your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact us so we can assist with replacing the damaged items.
