This poultry stock paste is a bestseller in Alsace. This paste can be added to chicken soups to create a more intense taste. Sauces and risottos are also wonderful with this poultry stock. This paste is carefully cooked with all kinds of spices and vegetables until the desired consistency is achieved. Add approximately 1/2 tbsp per cup of boiling water.
