We produce all our honey on the Big Island of Hawaii without chemicals, artificial feeds, miticides, heat, or filtration. The mac nut orchards grow on a flat plateau not far from the ocean on the Southern side of the island. The delicate clustered blossom of the macadamia nut tree adorns each glass jar of this macadamia nut blossom honey.
