Very pale straw yellow with fruity aromas on the nose. A pleasant and rich mouthfeel. The wine is stored in bottles in underground cellars for the second fermentation and contact with the lees. All wine is stored for a minimum of 9 months.
Ideal as an aperitif, accompanying dried fruits and nuts, savory pies and assorted canapes.
