This Flour is ground from our certified organic wheat fields using our stone mill. It is Whole Wheat Flour that includes the germ. This flour is milled from Hard Red Wheat which has good bread baking qualities. Nothing has been added so you get the full flavor of the Iowa grown organic wheat.
