This Iberico Pork Dry-Cured Chorizo Sausage is from ‘Pata Negra’ Iberico pork. It is all natural, no preservatives and nitrate free. It is seasoned with garlic and smoked paprika. It is cured in the Spanish mountains. The chorizo was a 2015 National Restaurant Association FABI award winner.
