Two individually-sealed, 6 ounce portions of raw, frozen, skinless and boneless Norwegian Cod Wixter’s Atlantic Cod is wild-caught in the arctic waters of the Barents Sea, where it has nourished Norwegians since the time of the Vikings. Known for its meatiness and perfect flake, Atlantic Cod is much more than a fish-and-chips staple. It can be baked, broiled, fried, sautéed, steamed, or poached.
