Baked Goat Cheese in Tomato-Wine Sauce


  • 4 ounces fresh chèvre
  • 1 – 6 ounce jar Barolo Wine Pasta Sauce
  • Crostini for serving

Heat oven to 400F. Place goat cheese in 16 ounce ramekin or oven-safe dish. Pour sauce on top the cheese. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until sauce is bubbling. Serve with toasted baguette or crackers
