- Fresh salmon filets
- Wozz Ginger Soy Infusion
Line a sheet pan with foil and coat/spray with oil. Heat broiler to High, and set oven rack approximately 4 inches from heating element.
Coat filets in ginger-soy sauce and place on foil- lined pan, skin side down. Rotate frequently, until salmon is semi-firm to the touch (about 145F internal temperature). Brush on additional sauce while cooking, as desired. Serve over rice or a bed of greens.
