Figgy Flatbread

Ingredients:

  • Wozz Balsamic Fig Mostarda
  • Crumbled chèvre
  • Lahvosh, thin pizza crust or flour tortillas

Heat oven to 400F. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Spread a thin layer of Balsamic Fig Mostarda onto crust of choice, dot with cheese. Place on prepared baking sheet and bake on top rack. Bake about 10 minutes, rotating pan halfway, or until the edges are crispy and cheese just begins to brown.
