Gnocchi with Walnut Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 package prepared gnocchi
  • 1 jar Liguria Walnut Sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Grated Parmesan and chopped fresh Parsley for serving (optional)

Prepare gnocchi according to package directions. Reserve about 1 cup cooking liquid, drain and set aside. In the now-empty pasta pot, whisk together Walnut Sauce and olive oil. Add gnocchi back to pot, tossing gently to combine. Splash in pasta water as needed to create a creamy sauce. Serve immediately, optionally with grated cheese and chopped herbs.
