- Wozz Jamaican Jerk Pineapple Fruit Chutney
- Boneless skinless breast or thighs
- Red, yellow or orange bell pepper
- Red Onion
- Fresh pineapple
Cut chicken into 1 inch chunks. In a large bowl, stir together chicken with enough pineapple chutney to coat. Allow to marinate while you prepare vegetables. Cut bell pepper and onion into 1 inch chunks. Cube pineapple into similarly sized pieces.
Alternate chicken, vegetable and pineapple chunks and thread onto skewers. Discard any leftover marinade. Grill on all sides until chicken is cooked through and vegetables start to blacken.
