Swiss Chard with Cherry Balsamic Vinegar


  • 1 pound Swiss chard
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic (2-3 cloves)
  • 1 Tablespoon oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Organic Amarena Cherry Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt & pepper

Remove stems and thick ribs of Swiss chard, and roughly tear leaves into large pieces. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil until shimmering, Add chard with 2 tablespoons water and cover pan. Cook for 2 minutes, remove lid and stir in garlic, salt and pepper. Continue to cook and stir until water is evaporated and chard is wilted and tender. Drizzle with Cherry Balsamic Vinegar just before serving.
